STORE SHIPPING POLICY
All products will be shipped or delivered between December 16 and 18th!

LOCAL CHRISTMAS DELIVERY GUARANTEE - we are delivering them ourselves, or using a local courier which means we are guaranteeing delivery before Christmas!

For all AB/CA orders, these will be shipped via Canada Post and there is no guarantee of pre-Christmas arrival (although we will do our best!)

We are offering free or flat rate delivery:
Okotoks + Area - Free
Calgary + Area - $5, or free over $50
All of Alberta - $10, or free over $75
All of Canada - $15, or free over $100

REFUND POLICY
Due to the unique, and handmade nature of our artisan's products, we do not offer refunds at this time.

We stand by all products and will return or replace, at the artist's discretion, any item that is damaged or defective within 60 days of purchase. Please get in contact with us to start this process
