Small Business Saturday - Key Instincts

It is a cold #smallbusinesssaturday, so there isn't a better time to feature the lovely lady behind Baby it's Cold Outside, a non-profit charity that focuses on offering a hand up to vulnerable citizens throughout Alberta.

In addition to being the founder of BCO, Pamela Morgan dedicates her time to helping local businesses and entrepreneurs succeed through her business Key Instincts.

This year, Pamela will also be bringing her 25 years of successful business experience to our team, teaching a variety of seminars to help our makers, small businesses and local entrepreneurs grow their business. Check out the great programs that we are teaming with Pamela to offer in our seminars page. Pamela is a great source of information for everything from building out your team, mastering the secrets to selling success and nailing your business strategies so you can take the next step!

Pamela Morgan has loved calling Okotoks home for over 20 years. Born and raised in Alberta, Pamela is proud of her rural roots and her ability to “wear spurs in the boardroom.” Taking her 25 years of executive business experience and her down-to-earth, “we are better together” attitude and challenging this into her business Key Instincts, Pamela has supported entrepreneurs throughout Alberta in a multitude of facets, from people and culture to business coaching and strategies. A strong and engaging facilitator, it is guaranteed she will have your full participation in her workshops and seminars.

People are Pamela’s passion, so it’s no surprise it doesn’t stop at supporting entrepreneurs. Pamela is the founder of Baby it’s Cold Outside, a non-profit charity that focuses on offering a
