Chocolate Creations with Sweetly Speaking
Join us on Saturday, May 4 for this one of a kind Chocolate Workshop. There will be a short presentation on the history of chocolate. You will be learning how to temper chocolate and will be working with milk, white and dark chocolate.

About the event
Join us on Saturday, May 4 for this one of a kind Chocolate Workshop. There will be a short presentation on the history of chocolate. You will be learning how to temper chocolate and will be working with milk, white and dark chocolate. You will be making and taking home:
- Chocolate Roses with a cocoa based embossing
- Box of Myrtles (9 chocolates) – milk chocolate with caramel in the centre and a pecan on top
- Box of mixed chocolates to include myrtles, dark chocolate pecan cups, white chocolate coconut cups
- A bag of dipped pretzels drizzled with white chocolate
Participants will also be taking home Instructions on chocolate tempering for home use and a chocolate themed mug. Your take home value will be over $45.00
Participants should wear washable clothing and comfortable shoes as most of the day will be spent standing – aprons, nitrile gloves and bouffant caps will be provided by Sweetly Speaking.
